Unitah River Rafting in Utah - Rafting Companies
Born high in the Wasatch Mountain Range, the Unitah River flows south and descends nearly 8,000 feet in elevation to join up with Strawberry, Duchesne, and finally the Green Rivers. Limited somewhat by its remote location and position mostly within the Ouray and Unitah Reservations, you'll find services out at this river somewhat limited, with the nearest towns being Vernal and Ft. Duchesne. A Class I - Class III run, this is a fun little river most people willing and able to access it, can enjoy. The waters are cold, fast, silty and salty, so drinking is not advised at all.
Below you'll find listings for those servicing the Unitah River, including guides, outfitters and rentals.
